Goal - I want to be a healthy weight with a slim and toned body, maybe around 133lbs but I won't know until I get there :-)
My long and boring story about my weight - At around summer 2009 I was a uksize10 with a weight of 143lbs at 5ft7. Its not exactly skinny but looking back I was healthy. I wore what I want,had amazing-hair,skin,nails and had a bunch of confidence.But I thought I was fat.I fell into a group of what I thought were lovely friends. Then I slowly started to gain weight. When I noticed this I started to exercise, but the exercise couldnt keep up with my unhealthy eating habits. I then fell out with all my 'friends' and unknowingly gained so much weight. Without even realising, when I started a new school, I weighed 191lbs which shot up to a massive 200lbs!
Eventually,In Easter 2011 I started to lose weight for a holiday with my friend. Starting from 200lbs I only lost 11lbs and then lost 9lbs on the holiday due to barely eating. When I came back off the holiday I decided to control my portion sizes and stop my 'snacking'. From this I weighed in at 178lbs. I then decided to decrease my portion size even decreasing to 170lbs. I have been hovering at this weight for about a year now.
For this year I had been so unhappy with life. Because of my weight I had no self confidence,no social life,no self worth and I despised my body. But now I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Recently I've been eating clean and doing exercise as much as possible. I'm still overweight but I'm happy with my mental progress more than anything.
By the end of 2013 I hope to sleep better,drink more water,have lost weight,gained muscle and most importantly have a smile on my face :-)
